We’ll work with you to determine which social media platforms are both strategic and authentic for your organization. We’ll help you identify the key social media platforms to engage on based upon your audience and set those accounts up. We’ll typically focus on the major platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, YouTube and Foursquare initially. For our marketing and content management clients we’ll ensure that we continually optimize your presence on key platforms. That means that as time moves on and your organizational identity evolves we  may strategically expand your presence through the addition of new platforms.
Your social media manager will work with you to develop your strategic social media plan. This includes setting social media goals and an engagement strategy. It’s important for us to identify what success looks like for your organization. That ensures that you have an both an authentic and strategic social media presence. You don’t want to hire just anyone to represent you so we make sure that when we manage your social media presence we are driving it toward achieving specific measurable objectives.
We consult with you and get to know your company to find your organizations “voice”. We determine which type of engagement is right and we draw up the rules. We actively monitor the Internet and Social Media platforms for mentions of your company name, brands and products so you can see what people are saying. To ensure we’re not missing anything we use multiple monitoring platforms which monitor both the  internet and embedded social media content.
